At Avantè, we know that your wedding is one of the most important events you will ever create. We want to help you experience the luxury, relaxation, and pampering you deserve on this special day. When you call to schedule your wedding day (and pre-wedding day) services you will work with our wedding coordinator Makayla and she will help you get all the details worked out. We would love to be a part of this very important day!
Q: Can photographers come to the salon?
A: Yes, we encourage you to invite them so they can capture a major part of your day.
Q: Can we bring food?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to bring any snacks or drinks you would like to enjoy while you’re here. We offer coffee, chai, hot chocolate, tea and water for you and your group.
Q: What should we do with our hair before coming in?
A: We encourage our guests to wash their hair the day before and blowdry with a mousse or gel for extra texture. If you have any more questions regarding what would be best for your specific hair texture or syle, please feel free to call us.
Q: Are hair and make-up trials necessary?
A: If you see yourself a certain way on your wedding day then we advise you to schedule a trial 3-4 weeks in advance. This gives our stylists a chance to work with your hair and skin before your big day, and a chance to perfect the look you are going for. We also suggest taking photos of the trial hair and/or make-up so you can see it at different angles and with different lighting.
Q: How much are trials?
A: Bridal hair trials are $70 and make up trials are $45. These prices are the same on your wedding date.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, if there are more than three people in your wedding party, including the bride, we require you make a deposit of $100 when you book your appoinments. This can be done in the salon or over the phone. If for some reason you need to cancel your appointments, we will refund the complete deposit amount only if the cancellation is one month before your scheduled date. The $100 deposit will be applied to the total cost of your services on your wedding day.
Q: Do we offer offsite services?
A: Unfortunately not at this time.
